Buildex Spec database is the consolidated database powered by Airtable and Buildex Specialist. Via an intergrated database, we work with both suppliers and designers with their current on going project to enable good delivery of specification in the system.

BIM

BIM Integration will enable products being modeled as premium services to product supplier, then made publicly on buildex platform for designers to utilize it in their project. Products are then being listed on shop.buildex.my for public to purchase. Suppliers are invited to sponsor the products to enable brand being listed on the platform.

CAD

Besides BIM, we also provide dwg detail of products with specification key-in as per download. Suppliers are invited to sponsor the detail and public / designers are given the option to reach out to the supplier to request download coupon or pay minimal fee to download and use the detail.
