Kajang is a town located in the state of Selangor, Malaysia. The property market in Kajang has been growing steadily in recent years, with many new developments being built to cater to the increasing demand for residential and commercial properties in the area.

The architect proposed a fusion mixed of 2 themes for the interior design. Creating a dual-theme interior setting out benefits in terms of variation in formality.
