Aligning with Eco Sanctuary’s concept of sustainability, the façade of Parque Residences utilises timber cladding meshed against concrete to create a modern, luxurious outlook.
A nucleated layout of three residential towers and low-rise apartments sees a sense of intimacy and belonging cultivated in the gated-and-guarded parcel. With greenery prioritised in half its acreage, the expansive landscapes complete the contemporary vernacular.
