This is a private villa proposal located at Putrajaya. The Architect took inspiration from western villa and adopted in in a local context with long roof eaves and covered walkway from car porch to the house.

Putrajaya is the federal administrative center of Malaysia. It is located approximately 25 kilometers south of Kuala Lumpur, the capital city of Malaysia. Putrajaya was established in the late 1990s with the aim of relieving the overcrowding and congestion in Kuala Lumpur, as well as serving as a symbol of Malaysia’s modernity and progress.

Western inspired villa facade

External facade consists of ornaments and art-deco elements inspired by western villas. The architect has adopted the choice of grey and white shades to complement the foreign scheme requested by the client.
